Division Rivals Philadelphia Eagles and New York Giants are set to square off tonight at 8:20 pm ET.  Both teams are well into the playoff race as Philly is 8-4 and New York is 7-5.  Oddsmakers currently have the spread at Philly -1.5 and total at 44 points.

Last week the Eagles crushed he injury laden Atlanta Falcons 34-7 as QB Donovan McNabb threw for 238 yards and a TD and rushed for another TD.  The Giants came off an impressive win against Dallas and completed the sweep of "America's Team".  QB Eli Manning threw for 241 and two touchdowns.  RB Brandon Jacobs had 110 yards total offense and a TD rushing and one receiving.

Early reports from the sportsbook are that around 65% of people are taking the Eagles.  That means two of every three Joes is taking a road favorite. We like when we see that. This thing is really pointing towards the NY Giants winning out right.  The Eagles can very inconsistent this time of year.  The Giants are inconsistent too but they really need this win tonight. So, for these reasons we are on the NY Giants at home +1.5.
