NCAA Football Preseason Rankings

The preseason ranking gig is very subjective in nature. Right now there is no official ranking published. So based on our staff's opinions, we have created our ranking for summer July 2009.  Here is what we have:

1.Florida
2.Texas
3.USC
4.Oregon
5.Oklahoma
6.Ohio State
7.LSU
8.Oklahoma State
9.California
10.Virginia Tech

Of course Florida is going to top everybody's list because they are returning major key players on their roster and they won the whole thing last year. The biggest brightest star in college football is Tim Tebow , the powerful quarterback who was also the Heisman trophy winner last year and has been a member of two different Florida Gator national football squads.

Texas , USC, Oregon, are all in the shadows of the Gators. But remember what we always say, "that's why they play the game". Because you simply never know when a huge upset will turn the entire championship picture upside down. Sleeper for us is number 10 Virginia Tech. Look for them to do some serious damage in 09 and maybe stay undefeated most of the season.
