Bulls/Hawks Game 1 - May 2, 2011
The Bulls are hosting the Atlanta Hawks for Game 1 of Round 2 of the NBA Playoffs. The Bulls are favored by 9 points and the Over/Under is 178. Atlanta is coming off an upset win over the Orlando Magic in the first round and defeated them 4 games to just 2. The final game of that series the Hawks took on Orlando and beat them 84-81, covering the 1.5 point underdog mark.
The Bulls are coming off an easy battle with the Indiana Paces in the first round that some would consider little more than a warm up. In the last game of that series the Bulls smashed the Pacers 116-89, easily covering the spread. Injuries include Kirk Hinrich who is out indefinitely for the Atlanta Hawks and Carlos Boozer who is day to day for the Bulls with a toe injury.
