Starbury is Going Crazy

Recently, Stephon Marbury, "StarBury", decided to stream 24 hours of his life from an Internet website.  For anybody that watched or read news on the event, you know this turned into bizarre ramblings, crying, showboating,and even trash talking.  Marbury played music while he put on a performance of emotion and did a Nestea plunge into his swimming pool. He also told that his ancient family recipe for sore throats was Vaseline and then proceeded to eat a blob of it.  If this was a normal dude you would think that this was just a stunt to gain spotlight in the NBA off season.  But this is Stephon Marbury. He has had a 13 year career marred with outbursts and inappropriate behavior.  This was no act. Starbury is insane.

At one point, Marbury talks about having to maybe play over seas and if so it would "be like high school again" and he would "average 50 points per game".  This kind of talk is because Marbury averaged just 3.8 points per game with Boston and just over 13 points per game with the Knicks last season.  Regardless of his antics, one cannot argue that Starbury for years was one of the more exciting players in the NBA.  There was a six year stretch where he averaged over 20 points a game. But he never stayed anywhere for too long. Teams were always trying to unload him.  His teams include Minnesota, New Jersey, Phoenix, Knicks, and Boston.
